Technically, syntactically, there’s not much of a difference between PROJECT (uppercase as indicator, maybe whitelist/opt-in) and #project (special character as indicator, maybe blacklist/opt-out).

This stuff can’t work well for other, different reasons.

Thanks a lot, I’ll add it to the public repository. That’s sort of mostly abandoned/retired together with this activity, but waiting until the project directory working group efforts are ready, waiting to potentially migrate existing entries over there, to the extend the semantics/ontology maps/translates.
