WSJ delivers a rather snarky review of iOS 14.5. Can any of the tech wizards here, share if they see any downside to the ability to not sharing info across apps that is advertising driven?
I don’t have an iPhone but this is definitely a good feature. It will force application developers to really think about what data they are gathering and why. Hopefully it will also send a signal to other large companies that people care about privacy and that it should be taken seriously.
